Terms & Conditions
Delivery
- We can deliver to all National and International addresses.
- Same day delivery for Local and National orders if placed by 12:00 noon.
Same day delivery for
immediate Local area if placed by 2:00pm.
- Please allow 2 working days for international orders.
- Your delivery date will be confirmed as soon as possible after placing your order.
Supply
- All Orders are subject to availability of flowers at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers for other flowers of equal or greater value.
- Every attempt will be made to deliver your order as shown.
- Unless otherwise stated, bouquets exclude vases and containers.
- All orders will normally be left at the delivery address. However, if there is no one to accept the order,
it will be left with a neighbour. A card will then be left at the recipient's address to inform them of the
whereabouts of the flowers.
- Bouquets may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Pricing
- Our prices are shown in UK pounds (GBP) and online transactions will take place in this currency.
- For Accounts, if invoiced, standard rate VAT is charged.
- Every attempt is made to ensure that the prices shown are correct, but in the event of an incorrect price
we will notify you and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
Delivery Charges
- For all National and International deliveries the charges start from £4.95.
Local delivery charges start from £3.50 and go up to £7.00 depending on area.
We will advise you of the exact amount as soon as possible after you have placed your order.
Credit Card Security
- We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo
and Delta.
- To ensure total online security, we use a secure web server (https://) to ensure that
your credit/debit card details are encrypted. (Look for the Padlock symbol for safe buying).
Complaints
- Any complaints must be notified to us within 2 working days; where all efforts will be made to rectify
the situation as quickly as possible.
